If some people in your organization use Chat, and others use a third-party messaging service, such as Microsoft Teams, you can enable both groups to interact with each other by assigning Chat interoperability licenses to the non-Chat users. With Colab, your organization's users can collaboratively develop data science and machine learning models. They can access Colab notebooks, connect to Colab runtimes, and use Colab to write and execute Python code in their browser.

Your Google Workspace subscription includes the free Colab additional Google service. Buying Colab Pro or Colab Pro+ offers users additional compute units and enhanced functionality.
