I already added wvega-timepicker to the Bower open registry. It doesn't requires a bower.json file, this is useful when doing wiring with Bower.

I chosen this name as it was used for Drupal 7 as a library by default like this.

It can be registered with other names as well.

Hi! Great timepicker. Thank you. Was wondering if you got my email about the "no time" option, adding that to the drop down list. Been working on this for two days and not making much progress. Help really appreciated.

Thank you @madalinignisca. I finally added the modifications from your PR, with some additional changes. Bower support is now part of jQuery Timepicker 1.3.4.

The package name ended up being jquery-timepicker-wvega.
