Fixes made to PAM messaging (PAM was silenced previously),

help screen, testcases fixed (yes/no problem), agent --check-config
also verifies existance of DB option and if there's a valid db file
for DB=global option. NLS built into agent --check-config,
Clearance of recent failures if it was printed in any way.
Implemented OOB channel usage minimal delay time.
--info shows if spass is set.

0.7beta. First version since the split in utility.

Enhanced security, minor fixes and minor functionality
(parsing RRC and CRR passcodes specs). Mostly security.

0.5rc1 released. Week of testing and renaming ad 0.5. Probably.
