The current way the list is handled is great for discovering dev project, but I feel that it would be nice if all the links went to an easy access to the app/extension. I feel that favoring apps with flathub release would help people discover new apps.

Now, it might not be adapted for non-flatpakable so it might be important to have exceptions, for stuff like EasyEffect maybe (IDR if it's on flathub).
